Well, I messaged Maureen Walsh & left a complaint with the judiciary commission.

Landlord texted me back today after I let him know I was aware of his conduct as a teacher & taking advantage of bereaved kids.

He said all this saccharine fake peacemaker sort of in-denial shit, and I replied that I want my security deposit back early because he accepted this month's rent already then tried denying me habitation and peace of mind.

I told him I reported his filthy pocket judge too.

And that he needs an on site manager for his virtual zoo.

He did not reply regarding the money so I understand he's just baiting me for more material to use in court.

I told him not to renovate adjacent units until I leave and to stop hanging out in Brian's place every day playing renovation queen.

The gangbanger in other side brought one of his fucked up friends today, the guy who sprayed the can of RAID in the hall etc.

Landlord waited until I was on the bus hours later to go check the property; one of the Ocjious lawncare employees drove past my bus stop quite slowly and stared at me before I got on the bus to Pasco.

Also that was 5 minutes or so after the old dude told the stupid fucking mushroom joke. Wish I'd kicked him in the balls!

Guy is pretty clearly involved in gangstalking tactics and has been for many years.

There are literally so many shady fucking things going on with this weirdo landlord & the WWHA & judges etc, lack of responsibility from the local law enforcement, that I'm very surprised that more people are not outraged.

I spent a huge amount of time away from this current home with and without the car last year & this year, as parks are reachable by bus and on foot, yet the remaining portion of the day was typically unbearable due to overcrowded conditions, lack of professional site management, and blatant drug dealing.

I even think that my DUI was related very directly to a near-complete inability to enjoy the living space. My college dorm room was more sound proof.

When the landlord realized that I'm not just some stupid fucking oblivious college student who believes his shit, he began renting to tenants that have habits that trigger my own problems.

Brian, for example. He sleepwalks, is narcissistic, nosy, pretty insane and eaten up with disease. He is extremely helpless without the landlord and should have some sort of caregiver instead.

The Hispanic man who was recently moved in, Daniel did not introduce to me. He rented the unit immediately adjacent, which used to be empty, right after the two "Florencia-13" pieces of shit pulled their crap on March 10th.

I have no idea why my landlord would do that to someone unless he wanted them to leave.

Also, he ignored the heroin dealers way too long, and did nothing about the Neanderthal alcoholic below my place who throws the door shut at 2am (lmfao) until I nearly lost my mind over it.

In fact I'm sort of surprised that the fucker (landlord) has the balls to show his face near me after the two boys were unable to get the better of me last month.

The fact that the new guy, "Eddie", is hostile (super annoying OCD habits & total absolute disregard for noise levels) doesn't bode well for the intentions of the landlord.

There is not one single day that goes by when the two pieces of shit who live next to me don't do something hostile, gossipy, or unpleasant, and the fucking landlord is here C O N S T A N T L Y.

I hope he drives his truck into a wall, or better yet, off the nearest cliff!

New offence to be announced in the Queen's Speech will make it an offence to turn a blind eye to criminal behaviour on your property - with a punishment of up to five years in jail

Landlords who knowingly lease premises to criminal gangs will face up to five years’ imprisonment under new measures to be included in the Queen’s Speech.

The owners of residential properties could be prosecuted for “participation in an organised crime group” if they fail to report suspicions that premises are being used for crime.

The new offence will also apply to commercial landlords and others who provide services such as transport or parcel delivery.

The poor of Motala Heights, affiliated to Abahlali baseMjondolo since 2006, are fighting a bitter battle against eviction against a local gangster business man and the local state. There have recently been death threats and threats of arson and the local cops are acting as the gangsters' enforcers.

London anarchist, Antonios Vradis lived in the community for a while in late 2006 from and it was here that the anarchist magazine Voices of Resistance from Occupied London was conceived. The former Camberwell Squatted Social Centre organised solidarity with Motala Heights in London.

Gangster Landlord Continues Campaign of Intimidation with the Support of the Pinetown Police

The community of Motala Heights, set on the edge of Pinetown between the factories and the hill that runs up to Kloof, dates back to the early years of the last century and has a rich history. For the last three years it has been under sustained and violent attack from a local gangster businessman who seems to be able to direct the local state, including the police and the Municipality's Housing Department, at will.

The community is now made up of a wealthy suburb with the big, new mostly face brick houses of the rich in the centre. Behind them are hidden the old tin houses of the poor families and, amongst the gumtrees up on the hill leading up to Kloof, a shack settlement. For some time local businessman and known gangster Ricky Govender has been buying up land and using intimidatory tactics to illegally evict the poor. His attempts to illegally drive out the mostly Indian families from the tin houses, most of whom were born and have lived their whole lives in the community, dates back to at least 2005. He has also been directly implicated in the violent and illegal attempts by the eThekwini Municipality to evict the mostly African shack dwellers which date back to 2006.

Why not go to the police, you ask? I tried. Our landlord was a powerful man on the island and the police said full stop that they would not get involved with him, no matter what he did. Make no mistake… this is no poverty-striken man trying to make enough money to feed his family by charging privileged white people a few extra bucks. This is a wealthy, powerful Thai man who controls several businesses and a lot of property on the island, and who knows what else. For obvious reasons I never went into this aspect of life on Koh Tao much, but it is an island controlled by the Thai mafia, as I learned more and more clearly with every month I lived there. It’s a place where gangsters and hit men are in control, not the police.

I'm currently researching the death of Walla Walla high school drama teacher Brian Senters, who was struck and killed around 10pm on a Saturday in October one day after being placed on administrative leave.

He knew my landlord who I suspect to be leading a drug ring.

The man who allegedly hit Brian Senters and killed him was the executive of Port Walla Walla.

There were no skid marks and the investigation blamed the teacher's mental state instead of looking into what he had discovered at that high school.

Port of Walla Walla would be one of the first places I'd look into re smuggling unless private trade has overtaken the opportunity.
