81 THE BATTLE OF SPIRIT AND FIRE 5
Lionhawk and Arie stood outside the first door into the room where the assimilated humans were sitting at the computer stations. Mark and Jim were waiting against the wall until Lionhawk and Arie completed their task. Lionhawk opened the door quietly; Aria’s eyes were shinning with a deep blue tint. Lionhawk could see the blue light protruding in front of Aria’s face. The sword’s blade was shining and the names were turning golden. Lionhawk could feel the light of blue flame extending from his own eyes. They both stepped into the room and the things in the human bodies all looked up at once. Lionhawk and Arie both could see the blackness around the bodies and they also saw deep orange red flames in the beings eyes. The beings were looking at the open door and could not see the two blue spirits but knew that something was in the room. They began to stand up and move around their desks. Lionhawk uncloaked himself and stood with his sword held out in battle form. Arie had moved to another spot and became visible also.
The Burnsacka assimilated humans all began to vibrate a deep sound that resembled a Hugh building or something on fire, the crackling of timber burning and large pieces falling in on each other. Their eyes burned brighter and when they opened their mouths fire belched out. They rushed the two blue spirits. Lionhawk held up his arm and stretched his hand and a deep blue flame shot forth, it hit the first being full on and the human body fell to the floor as a burning tube of fire disappeared with a wrenching loud scream. All the other ones halted for a moment but then rushed forward with even greater speed. Arie leaped in a blue beam streak and caught another knocking it to the floor. Arie bit it on the neck and it screamed as the fire tube left the human body and disappeared. Lionhawk had moved forward and swung his sword hitting one and back stroking into another. Both beings screamed that wrenching sound and left the human bodies and disappeared. Arie had leaped on another and bit it. As it twisted in agony another one jumped on Arie and tried to assimilate itself into the cat. The one under Arie left the human body and disappeared and the one on him was riding him like a human riding a bull. The thing was spitting fire and its eyes were shooting fire as it tried to enter the cat’s soul or body. Arie twisted and threw the thing off. It could not assimilate into the animal spirit and lay on the floor squirming as Arie stood over it and bit it suddenly on the neck. The thing caught fire burning the flesh of the human body as it rose in a fire tube form and disappeared.
Lionhawk was battling two at once. They had produced the appearance of swords but actually looked like fire brands The beings had split and one was trying to jump on Lionhawk from behind while the other one was keeping him busy from the front. Lionhawk was pushing the one in the front back as it spit fire at him. The blue flame of the sword was shooting sparks every time it hit the fire brand. The being behind Lionhawk’s’ back started to jump on him when Arie landed on it and pushed it to the floor. It screamed like a banshee when Arie bit it on the neck and exited the human body and disappeared. Lionhawk fought the other one up against a wall but it ducked away and turned. When it turned it threw the fire brand like a spear at Arie. Lionhawk reached out just in time to catch the spear like thing and it wrenched him around. His hand was a solid blue beam of light as he held onto the fire brand. The thing began to burn brighter and Lionhawk was brought to his knees while holding the thing. The last being in the room let the human body fall away from its true form and standing there it was a solid looking flame with black spots swirling around its outside. It ran at Lionhawk with the intent to assimilate into his soul. Lionhawk was so locked into fighting the fire brand spear that he did not see the being running at him. As the Burnsacka jumped to land on Lionhawk the blue beam streak hit it from the side and knocked it away. Arie and the Burnsacka were locked in a circle of blue and orange red. Lionhawk was writhing with the spear thing; he brought it down on the floor as it continued to shoot forth this way and that. Getting it to the floor with all his strength he held it in place while he brought his sword down and hit it on one end. The thing blazed with a blinding yellow light and then turned black and lay still. Lionhawk let it go and stood. He took his sword and hacked the thing in the middle and it disappeared. He turned just in time to see the blue circle beam open like a lion’s mouth and clamp on the orange red circle. The thing turned into a brand or stick that looked like a twig that rolled off the logs of a fire and was hot and bright but was quickly loosing its heat. It finally turned black and disappeared.
The two Burnsacka assimilated humans that were at the far end of the room when the battle started watched as their kind fought and left the human carcasses. They also watched as their group members disappeared. The blue beams had hurt their eyes as they watched. Both had dissimulated themselves from the human carcasses and exited the room while the fighting was going on. They found their way back to the furnace pits and told their group what had just transpired. One of them said “we have been discovered so we either fight or return to the home world”. “We must wait and see what becomes of this, the Great Torchurer must know but we shall wait and see first.
Lionhawk’s hand had become blue white while holding the burning spear thing and it was still blazing with blue light. The sword blade had become a dull bluish tint once more and Aries eyes were also dull in tint. His hand began to feel cool once more but had burned so horribly while he was holding that stick of fire. The room where they had fought had become a shambles and the human bodies were lying around. They both noticed that there was no life in any of them and as Hava had said the flesh was useless from the time the Burnsacka had assimilated into it. While they were getting ready to notify Mark and Jim to come in and clean the computers, the human bodies began to glow and they saw the lights rising from each one. As the lights rose towards the ceiling the bodies began to turn to dust. The lights disappeared through the ceiling and Arie noticed two more at the far end of the room, he mentioned this to Lionhawk. Lionhawk said he thought there were more than what they fought off. He went to the door and called Mark and Jim.
Hava/Luun began to catch the spirit/souls as they came into the universe and carried them to the Divine Creator. They all became one and Hava/Luun returned to Illya as he was coming through a tunnel of water on his way to this plane again. Jesse Hammond was born to Jake and Molly Hammond on November 10th of 2035.
Shadowself had taken a headband from her day pack that she had retrieved from a private place in their home, and secured it around her head. The headband had come to her from a distant relative when she was a small child in this time line. It had small runes and ancient Scottish words on it. The band was about 1” wide and where it tied in the back was a longer leather cord that had some kind of stone ornaments tied at the end. They had floated up the stairwell and were standing in the landing area while she looked out the window. She saw no activity so she pushed the door open and they entered the corridor. The elevator was to their left and the double doors to the circular corridor around the vehicle garage were to their right. The door to the Guard or vehicle crews’ room was just 10 feet to their right. She could see Chephirah’s eyes starting to glow with the bluish tint and they were getting brighter. Maria noticed that Shadowself’s eyes were glowing brighter. She thought to herself the blue eyes looked so pretty and she saw the blue light starting to excel outward from her face. Shadowself pulled her sword from its scabbard and the blade was glowing with the bluish tint. The names on the blade glowed in a golden shine. Shadowself pulled a wrapping out from the hilt and wrapped it around her hand as she gripped the hilt. All three moved to the door and Shadowself peered in.
When Smoko had come through the gate he was told to assimilate a specific human bag. He had been shown how to do it by Burntfeat who was one of the first to come here. Smoko was to take a human bag that was part of a warrior class on this world. When he had first come through he almost froze on the spot until he was quickly rushed to a large fire pit that was burning constantly. He quickly jumped in and felt a little better. It was not quite what he was used to but it served to keep him from freezing solid. He was told that once he assimilated into the human bag he would be able to survive on this world and sure enough once he took control of the bag he was in, it helped tremendously. It was hard for him to fathom how these being lived at all without actually living on a star or Sun as these bags called it.
