Anders, you must have more time than I do. I cannot keep up with your formidable postings, but did want to take a moment to thank you. There are many ways to crack a nut, and exploring how to activate the light body is a worthy endeavor.

In the video I posted earlier Dr. Pillai describes (from about 2 hours 3 minutes) how there is psychological enlightenment on the level of the mind and there is also another form, a total enlightenment of the body, mind and soul.

That's very similar to the speculations I posted earlier. The light body is a part of the total enlightenment Pillai described.

Pillai also talked about how the physical body can turn into a light body in the blink of an eye. That seems correct to me BUT on a practical level I believe most of us will gradually awaken our light bodies, slowly bit by bit, because our current society with money, technology, calendar time and all that needs to be preserved at least for several years, maybe for decades.

Even the health care industry will need to be preserved for a while even though it's doomed to collapse when our light bodies become strong enough.

I underestimated the oppressive power of money in my practice. I thought that with mindfulness I could rise above concerns about money so to speak. What happened instead was that I started to feel depressed and felt bitter and grumpy. It must have been a massive loosh drainage starting! I still feel it but to a lesser degree now. Holy Mammon. Well, I hope my consciousness got stronger by the practice.

Money is a very hard and centralized collective ego structure. Money of course serves an important function in society so the idea is to be able to use money as a convenient tool instead of as a loosh-sucking construct of fear that it so easily can be.

I totally understand how you feel about this one.

If it's possible to activate the light body, and I believe it is, then why the need for billions of years of brutish evolution on earth and thousands of years of social development? The answer is that this is how the Source creates new expressions of life. The Source has created zillions of universes, each with a billion trillion planets with life, and each planet is unique. That's an enormous cosmic task. Our world here on earth is unique and the result of billions of years of biological evolution and thousands of years of social development and struggle. This uniqueness is extremely valuable, even seen from a cosmic perspective. And it means that our civilization is a very precious young new creation indeed.

What happens is that the zero point energy transforms itself into dumb physical matter, like we have on earth. And intelligent morphic fields "pull" this dumb matter into higher levels of complexity, such as atoms to molecules to single-celled organisms and to multicellular organisms like ourselves. The "fall" of humanity simply means that we lack a true connection to Source. We have physical bodies made from dumb matter instead of light bodies. This has been necessary as a part of creating a unique planet and civilization.

One almost funny and outrageous thing is that every atom, every blade of grass, every organism and immaterial object here on earth is only in a pretended state of being made of dumb physical matter. Every atom is almost infinite intelligence disguised as a dumb material particle. That's why physical bodies theoretically speaking can turn into light bodies in the blink of an eye. Our whole planet earth is already essentially infinite intelligence pretending to be dumb physical matter.

Disregarding our current world and turn earth into a light planet and our bodies into light bodies is like throwing away the baby with the bathwater. The 'baby' is the uniqueness of our world. And the Revelation together with the making of a new earth (Revelation 21), has to be done in a way that preserves our uniqueness and individuality. Our current world is like a seed and the Revelation will make the seed start to grow into a cosmic flower, not destroy the seed/baby. In practical terms this means that our world as it is today will remain and gradually be transformed into intelligent matter.

Many New Agers and alternative researchers talk about how we humans here on earth are special, that we are the only species able to do this and that etc. Are they deluding themselves? Consider zillions and zillions of species and we being the ONLY species in the entire universe, or even in the entire multiverse, able to have special capabilities and traits superior to all other species? Yeah, right, one might think. Fat chance. Sounds like a catastrophic case of delusion of grandeur. But actually, they might be correct in the sense that the human body is a universal template. So humans then ARE special, but there are human forms all over the universe.

The reason for the human body being a universal template is this: imagine having a romantic relationship with a Grey, a reptoid or an 8 foot tall praying mantis being from outer space. It would suck. BUT, light bodies CAN take those kinds of forms through shapeshifting, so even alternative researchers talking about crazy looking beings like that are in principle correct. On the other hand, the basic form of basically all advanced extraterrestrials is the human form I think.

When we have activated and run around with light bodies, then what about the full spectrum of emotions? Doesn't that include fear? Yes, but it can be the harmless kind of fear such as thrills experienced when watching movies and in other forms of entertainment.

The serious kind of fear is for ego development and is like training wheels that have to let go of in order to activate the light body. In separation consciousness the mind easily follows fear and moves into worry, anger and nasty emotions like that. Instead of letting fear guide the mind, put conscious awareness directly on the feeling of fear so that it melts away and is replaced by a feeling of inner peace. Spiritual alchemy.

These quotes from the Bible can be worth repeating:

"Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”" -- Luke 17:20-21

"So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." -- Matthew 6:31-33

The kingdom of God is the intelligence of the zero point energy which activates the light body. How can we seek this kingdom as Jesus talked about? That's easy. Just feel the inner peace within you. That's the connection to the light body and also to the kingdom of God.

The ego development (Jesus called it pagans) has been necessary but it has a false foundation of a belief in total separation. The ego is born in sin so to speak. The ego is the fallen aspect of humanity. The valuable parts of the ego such as individual personality need to be preserved, and that's also easy, because when the inner peace expands in us, then our personal consciousness remains.

Seeking the kingdom of God can probably be done in many ways, but to me an easy and practical way of doing it is simply to feel the inner peace within the body increase. And when worry comes, or other products of fear such as anger or depression, then gently move your awareness back to the feeling of inner peace. It's like combining eastern mindfulness with Christian wisdom.

Ray Kurzweil is planning to live forever basically. I think that's great because if my spiritual approach fails the technological singularity approach can be used as a backup plan. But I will give the spiritual approach a chance because I believe in it.

People with only psychological enlightenment of the mind have bodies that biologically age and die. That's because the deeper subconscious ego structures that regulate the body still remain in those psychologically enlightened people.

Activating the light body requires full enlightenment. The ego slowly strangles the body to death over time. This can be felt when inner peace increases in the body. Previously hidden and numbed out cramps and tensions are revealed when the inner peace starts to shine more brightly. And the inner peace starts to melt those tensions. To me that's an indication of enlightenment of the physical body being a real possibility.

We often feel good after engaging in cathartic physical activity, when we are upset, for example -- slamming a door, shrieking Ugh, saying F this, throwing a tantrum, getting revenge...

There is definitely a huge energy exchange going on there. We are taught to observe the supposed ripples we make into that secondary psychological or psychic world, any time we lose control, yet so many of our human drives push us toward surrender of our self control...

I think that is one of the only ways we evolved to cope with bad habits... since life is so short, even though imperfect, this catharsis is a survival mechanism and is sought after not only by people who want to die,
But people who want to live & don't know how.


I guess the luciferian concept of swords to ploughshares is important here, that as soon as we are born into power we must shed the lion's share of that energy, conforming to the "watershed" of conventional morality.


What I'm saying i guess, is we die if we don't try,
But trying opens us up to fatal mistakes.

The tragedy of the mathematics of "evolution" is that not everyone gets a fair chance. Some of us are born with candy in our stockings and some wake up with coal. Genetically speaking, they should have had a chance as human beings but the math annihilated them, ie they drew the short straw ;(


Even considering that, that perhaps perfection is not easily available or attainable by everyone.

I suppose faith is very important in terms of healing and believing we are in a position of any advantage.
