15:00 minutes mark. Stargates and this time already happened. Benevolent races came back in time, including the Andromedans.

Below is the text from Collier's Defending Sacred Ground book in the mid 90's.

The Andromedan Council

Now, in our galaxy there are many councils. I don't know everything about all those councils, but I do know about the Andromedan council, which is a group of beings from 139 different star systems that come together and discuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now, because that affects everybody. Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have
been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occurred that causes the tyranny 357 years in
our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down
to Earth, Earth's moon and Mars. Those three places.

The very first meeting the Andromedan council had was to decide whether or not to directly intervene with
what was going on here. According to Moraney, there were only 78 systems that met this first time. Of
those 78, just short of half decided that they wanted nothing to do with us at all, regardless of the
problems. I think it is really important that you know why they wanted nothing to do with us. We are
talking about star systems that are hundreds of millions of light years away from us. Even some who have
never met us. They just knew the vibration of the planet reflected those on it. The reasons why they
wanted nothing to do with us is that from their perspective, Earth humans don't respect themselves, each
other or the planet. What possibly can be the value of Earth humans?

Fortunately, the majority of the council gave the opinion that because Earth has been manipulated for over
5,700 years, that we deserved an opportunity to prove ourselves - to at least have a shot at proving the
other part of the council wrong.

So, the Andromedan council passed a directive that all extraterrestrial presence will be off our planet no
later than August 12, 2003.

They want everything extraterrestrial on the planet, in the planet and Earth's moon out of here by that date. The reason for this is that they want to see how we will act when we are not being manipulated. We are all being manipulated, and my first suggestion is to throw your television set away. I can't tell you how sincere I am about that. They are teaching you what to think, not how to think. If you give that up, you
become a robot. You become sheeple. I know it's going to be tough.

This determination that ET influence will end by August 12, 2003 will be interesting, because living inside our planet 100 to 200 miles under the surface are 1837 reptilians who have been here a very long time, 17 humans from Sirius B, and 18000 Grey clones inside the Earth and on the moon. Most of the 2000 original Greys are on Phobos, one of the moons of Mars, which is an artificial satellite. There are also around 141 Orion beings inside the Earth from 9 different races.

The Negative Hierarchy 932 to 3,700 Years Ahead in Technology
There are a lot of "bad boys" here who have technology thousands of years ahead of us. It is estimated
that Grey technology is 2,500 years ahead of us. The Orion group who control the Greys have technology
approximately 3,700 years ahead of us. Nobody really knows how far the Draconians are, because they are
incredibly elusive. The group from Sirius B are approximately 932 years ahead of us.

Forbidden Planet Redoux:
How many of you have heard of the Montauk technology? It's time travel. Opening up time warps.
Apparently, that technology was given to our government by the group from Sirius B. We were not
supposed to have it. It was supposed to be another 150 years before we would have developed this
technology ourselves. They purposely gave us this technology, knowing we would abuse it. Now, I can't tell
you what the mindset was of the humans that got this technology and started doing all this weird stuff with
it. Within the last six weeks, Moraney has told me that the Andromedans have found a small Earth human
military colony, containing families with children, in the Altair star system. They have enslaved the beings
of that planet. Montauk only works if you have exact coordinates. That means somebody gave them the
coordinates of the planet in the Altair system. The Andromedans are really upset about that. That's just one
of the problems.

cuitlahuac, on dragons and me being on the front line in the Solar System and Galaxy fighting tyranny. That was quite a statement and one I would never attribute to myself, it made me laugh and gives me entry to speak about plasma Beings and energy. Though let me first say that I am not on the front line, I am pulling up energy from the background and doing all I can to speak Truth, to shine a light into dark corners and find and live with the innate beauty in the organic realms.

I read the Corey Goode thread first post in a plain text piece of paper, so I didn't come to differentiate your comments form those of David Wilcock. So in reality my description of "dragon" was for DW. At first, after reading the post, I thought this Corey Goode story was real because I thought it was researched by you with non hypnotic memory retrieval techniques. But now that I know that this was organized by DW, I really don't know what research methodology he used, and it seems to me a situation linked to money making. Not that making money is bad, but I have to evaluate what has more weight for DW, making money or finding the truth.

I see everything you see too Christine. I post only what is me and I was trying to get a point across.
I have no idea how many Natural Clears there are on the planet. My own perception of the million more timelines that popped up in the auditing session at the time was a complete mystery. Someone else was paying the auditing because he wanted to know. The other would have thrown me completely off base because she and others believed I was another LRH. So on that question if I was LRH, I answered both yes and no and got a floating needle on both. I had a chance to go to Thailand and work as an English teacher, but the real reason I went was because I couldn't let these people lead me into their own attempt to use me to solved their own attacks from Scientology. This girl was being sec checked, security check, and didn't want to disclose that she had another body on another planet that another LRH was opening up Scientology on. She attested all the way to OT 30 and with floating needles and floating tone arms when they stopped it and caved her in by telling her to start at OT1. She says she can't do OT1 because it violates policy, meaning you can damage your case by doing OT levels a second time, after you've already completed it before.

So she hunts everything LRH wrote and finds the time track of theta tapes where LRH actually says there is another LRH on another planet doing Scientology. Now question is, why the commands for locating your other timelines are on the tapes and why they never put them on the gradation chart and deliver these processes. And she would be willing to take me off track so she could have a verification to try to prove she has another body on another planet where another LRH is doing Scientology and her attest to OT 30 being valid.

I couldn't stay in USA and chose to go to Thailand because I couldn't put all these other timelines together in my head in the proper perspective, and I wasn't going to let them throw in their thoughts on it just to satisfy their purpose for using me and putting me in a situation where I would be looking in the wrong places from there on out.

So yes I agree with Christine on the fact that I have seen all these ODD ways to handle a case when it comes up that something else can be true but they decide to not look at it.

So this means the standard tech isn't standard, because they will hide it if it doesn't match their reality.

In Thailand in September 11 2012 when I listened to Alex Collier talk about this time period as having already happened and we are returning to this time to prevent this Galaxy from being taken over in the future with mind control I woke up.

The chain of thoughts I've had for years and flashes that it is possible I came from the future because I knew what LRH was going to come out with before he presented it. So many things I had thoughts on it before it happened made me wonder if it was possible I came from the future.

Jiminii, you posted some of it at PA. I think it is important enough to understand what you say, because if you had to move to the other side of the planet (Tailand) to get away from that, it must be quite a problem. Could you explain more on this? Who payed for your auditing to find out if you were another LRH? (Maybe not with names but organizations. Was this american freezone, Ron's Org or Church?)

I remember when I went into Facebook with my Scientology threads, somebody asked me if I was LRH. Are the white scientologists "from the future" as well as the black scientologists "from the future" hunting down LRH/Maitreya time lines/viewpoints? This might have to do with "soul readings" and "star seed" identifications. Even the Mormon Church has had it's soul family databases.

I never imagined that for the question: "are you LRH", the correct answer could be "yes" and "no" simultaneously and both could be true. Perplexingly funny. Until you know the data of the "Higher Self" or time lines and theta lines. Alex Collier makes some predictions, and one of them is the discovery of the "Higher Self" you and realayes have "seen" and spoken of.

Probable Occurrences in the Next Nine Years

I want to share probable occurrence in the next nine years. These are things that they say are a 90-100% probability:

1. Scientific proof of dimensions and higher self consciousness is going to occur. We probably won't hear about it for 15-20 years unless we straighten things out now.

2. Reincarnation will be scientifically proven and demonstrated. This is all within the next nine years and are major consciousness shifts. Now when this happens, ladies and gentlemen, it doesn't mean you run to Hinduism and Buddhism and say, "this is the way, this is the way." That's not what it means.

3. Acknowledgement of life elsewhere in the universe. They are already starting to set you up for that.

4. We will have extraterrestrial contact with at least nine different races. If you don't think that is going to freak out the preachers, just watch. I want to hear what Billy Graham has to say about that.

5. Introduction of clean, free energy devices based on magnetic fields. This technology has already been developed. What they are saying that it is going to be introduced and be out there.

6. Knowledge that the earth is hollow and capable of sustaining life within, and knowledge of a city called Kalnigor that was originally built by Lyrans. Those are our human forefathers in the galaxy.

7. Knowledge of the lost lands of Atlantis. This has already occurred. It is off the coast of Portugal, but they have done a great job of keeping it hidden.

8. Discovery of a large temple complex in the Pacific, 150 miles southeast of Easter Island, that belonged to Lemuria. Morenae said the Russians already know its there.

9. The knowledge that what we see in the physical is a holographic imprint created and directed from a higher portion of ourselves. Now, if that's true, that means we've got nobody to blame. It means that responsibility rests right on your shoulders. And, you've got to own it, because you can't dump it off on someone else. Stop being a victim, because you're only in denial that you created the situation. If you created it, then you can un-create it, but you have to take responsibility and be clear on your intent.

10. Knowledge that human consciousness is not in the brain, but is located entirely in the energy fields that surrounds the body. That's who you are. You are not the body.

11. We shall have the realization on how our past and present educational processes have not prepared us to be creative, conscious thinkers.

12. That organic life exists on seven planets and fifteen moons in our solar system. Now, ladies and gentlemen, NASA wants to talk about microorganisms that they found on some rock they think came from Mars. You want to find life in this solar system? Get together and tell NASA to send a probe to Uranus. There is plant and animal life. I swear to you that it's there. As we speak. That's why they stay so far away from it. Their attitude is "pay the bill and shut up."

13. The general discovery that each of us is a part of the whole, and that we are a significant part of the idea of what we call "God", and that "God" is the idea called love,

14. That this accelerated self-discovery being experienced was created and activated by all of us.

15 That we, as a product of extraterrestrial genetic manipulation, are possessors of a vast gene pool consisting of many different racial memory banks, also consisting of at least 22 different races. Because of our genetic heritage, and because we are spirit, the benevolent extraterrestrial races actually view us as being royalty. Now, that has to be the best-kept secret in the solar system. At least on this planet, anyway. They actually consider us royalty - all of us.

An experience that I had… when I go on board [an Andromedan ship], they’re fifth density beings, immediately that I come onboard, a belt is put on me and essentially what the belt does is that it holds all of my atoms together, so that I don’t I'll fly apart because I’m a third density being. I could feel every one that was around me. I could feel their emotions. I could feel them look at me. I could feel them think about my appearance, what I represented, how I was standing, all of those things. I didn't always hear the telepathic communication because a lot of it wasn't directed specifically at me. When it is, you hear it and it’s like we’re speaking now, and you'd know that it's coming from someone, because they’re looking directly at you. Except their mouth isn’t moving but you're having the dialogue, and for those of you who were medium’s or channels you know exactly what that's like.

I shiver at the thought that natural clears, those beings coming into this reality for the first time or had their minds wiped would assume the positions of power or acquire abilities to literally decide what to do and do it ... um? Pure Theta, I myself would really have to give some pretty deep thought to this, not only as a potential for positive works but the potential to really mess things up. Like boys with big toys and no restraint who knows what damage could be done?

Yes, I had the same idea, but I have noticed that in the case of Jiminii and Inelia Benz, they strictly adhere to the orders of their "seniors", Source or Gaia in the case of Inelia Benz. But Inelia Benz's "senior" is Inelia's herself at source. And in the case of jiminii, his "senior" appears to be himself at source. They seem to me the most tightly controlled beings on Earth (from their higher selves) and at the same time the most self determined as humans. Controlled and self determined simultaneously!

For the Sea Org, the ideal crew is one that carries instant compliance without question, and at the same time is the most self determined being. This seems to be the case of Inelia Benz and jiminii.

This is me saying it from my own research, and I can leave all LRHs reference out. I am saying what I know from my own experience and this data is no where to be found in Scientology as far as I know. If you can show me anything that talks about us entering the physical universe in another time by going out of this universe to a complete void and back then please tell me.

Jiminii, I just want to comment here, in case it is useful. A woman told me she was Case Supervisor at Flag Service Org. (She departed Scn and today is no longer a scientologist) told me recently that the reptilians can exit the physical universe (MEST) and go to source (where God is). But there are places there, and the reptilians are only permitted to go to certain places there at source. But this "source" is not a void.

Now, some reptilians are interdimensional, they can pop out anywhere on MEST, and since they can go to Source, I wonder if they do the procedure you describe, namely going out of MEST, to source and from there back to MEST at another time and place.

I've already said that. If you are natural clear you don't have trillions of years of pain holding you down which means you have a lot more potential then those who do have this memory.
Just being clear is not going to do it either. I had to practice for years so I could get my postulates to come out more quickly. Your postulates don't always come out the way you want them,so you have to put more details in the postulates to get the thing you really intended. You have to cancel previous thought that would counter your thought. That means you have to also locate the exact time and date to actually vanish them. You have to do everything it says in Phoenix Lectures to create or uncreate thoughts.

There is a lot of variables. I was able to postulate above the highest levels of OT they had and my postulates happened.

So I said yes you could have this power but you to learn it, it is not free just being born clear.

i said a lot of them didn't study it so they can't do it.

It depends on you and how much free Theta you have.
