Thought you two deserved a good shout out for going to Standing Rock and representing this fantastic group of people.
And of course love to Spiritwind and Hermit for setting such good examples with the gardening and farm.
I'm worried about our absent poet researchers too, and all the other people I have not named specifically, you are significant! !!
Lol at me and Anders holding down the fort, his thread is actually pretty cool.
Don't forget to check out Spiritwind's Tarot thread either, it is worth seeing because of its depth and scope.
Music for Listening is another good thread started by Peacerebel, it reflects the feelings of the day.
Feel free to join our forum and post away. As readers can see, there is no specific category or topic here that is really focused on a lot more than the others, ie, most here try to be open minded.
Still envious regarding Standing Rock, it did not work out for me, but I will always wonder what it would have been like. Also in Spring if they are still there and I have freedom to do it, maybe then?
Group hug ;( lol

Group hug indeed, and extended to all those who just come for a look now and then, or an occasional posting. Even though we are a small rather back woods little forum here, looking back on this last year there are many jewels among us and spread throughout our little home on the Internet. Blessings and love to all, and yes, I too am happy and thankful for the clear window, even though just a small glimpse of something so very big and growing, that was provided for us through Phil and Christine. And special thanks to basically you (Naga) and Anders who kept posting even when no one else was home for awhile.

Happy New Years everyone, thanks for the kind thoughts and words. I haven't been very inspired to write like I used to, especially about information I receive from "news" and the internet or the Book or wherever...although I'm trying.
Focusing on being kind. Or trying to. It's hard with what gets brought to my awareness these days. Frustrating how much energy is put into superficial bullshit. Guess I got the holiday blues.
Much love and thanks to everyone holding down the fort (you especially), I'll try not to be so much of a stranger.

Dear Phil, writing for me is more of an exercise. I do it to avoid slipping further into a mindset I do not recognize.
When you guys write, there's more to it, and it is definitely worth waiting to read.
*tries to think of a literary CPR joke..*
Prison? Lol

I am proud of them, too, Naga. It takes a lot of strength to follow the inner calling. And those who could follow it to Standing Rock are inspirations, especially in a world full of complacency.
I am walking through a world of confusion, one where clarity is either duality... or hard to see in the dark. The only clarity I find is during meditation, where by some miracle I can free my Self from the many illusions I believe the rest of the time. That has become my solace.
I'm glad to see you using the 1 voice subforum, just thought I'd mention. Seems like someone should, lol.
Thank you for continuing to share. I do remember a time when I bared it all online... sharing did help me to work through my experience. I hope it does the same for you.
Big hugs.

Sharing my post from Facebook yesterday morning. Love you all so very much. Lady Fireball, thank you so much for keeping our little home fire burning while we all have been journeying into the dark to bring back the light. It is our commitment to truth no matter where we are standing that is shifting the paradigm. There are days of darkness and then surges of sacred activism as humanity is truly awakening.
Silent no longer ... WWW - Whole World Waking
So much weighs so heavily on my mind, last night was a celebration for many, for me it was a deep descent into the suffering that is endured on our Beautiful Jewel, Earth Mother, and her children.
I can not be silent as I rise my voice in a song, in a call for those who think they don't matter, you do, all lives matter. Awaken from the numbing slumber of mass media, commercialism, and the grips of fear installed by the few of greed and envy who have taken liberties never given to them, they take with your life blood and your children's to exist.
"Your silence gives consent to what's going on in the world, to our environment and to the animals that are getting MURDERED every day. STOP being part of the murderous cause and START helping the earth, world and the animals. Without these things this world ends.. TRUE words."

Dear Neonblue, I meant to include you here. My brain doesn't work too great @@.
Yes, being in nature does take away a lot of the pain of being alone. Somehow the world does not care about the size of the audience.
Although we live lives as one person, we are infinite when we go out into the wild and experience it. We see the same vistas and horizons as would the next 1,000,000 people, but being alone makes it seem so much bigger, and it is an honor to be the guest of eternity.
Dearest Christine,
Yes, now more than ever in our lives, activism is key. It matters and will decide the future. We will ascend or we will spend another 100 years in their trap.
They can imprison the bird but they can't stop the music.
