The root of corruption: Wrong thinking and wrong doing. It will be the imperative this year to break free from the misuse, misappropriation and the idolatry that money makes the world go round.

“Consumerism” – another ism that it is time to break free from. Consumerism is just that it consumes, it is time now to create.

How we define “money” as currency, flow and exchange is in our hands and hearts the moment we stop believing in a system of scarcity, accompanied by the moment we use our imagination a new way will appear. There is more people speaking about UBI (Universal Basic Income) and others developing a deeply humane comprehension that all people everywhere should be provided, just as the Earth herself provides Existence money.

My personal thanks to Mascha Roedelof for being a light bearer and deep thinker helping to bring down our mental blocks toward money.

money (n.)

“It had been justly stated by a British writer that the power to make a small piece of paper, not worth one cent, by the inscribing of a few names, to be worth a thousand dollars, was a power too high to be entrusted to the hands of mortal man.” [John C. Calhoun, speech, U.S. Senate, Dec. 29, 1841]

“I am not interested in money but in the things of which money is the symbol.” [Henry Ford]

mid-13c., “coinage, metal currency,” from Old French monoie “money, coin, currency; change” (Modern French monnaie), from Latin moneta “place for coining money, mint; coined money, money, coinage,” from Moneta, a title or surname of the Roman goddess Juno, in or near whose temple money was coined; perhaps from monere “advise, warn” (see monitor (n.)), with the sense of “admonishing goddess,” which is sensible, but the etymology is difficult.

(*Capitalism: an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state.
synonyms: free enterprise, private enterprise, the free market; enterprise culture
"the capitalism of emerging nations"

Interventionism is a policy of non-defensive (proactive) activity undertaken by a nation-state, or other geo-political jurisdiction of a lesser or greater nature, to manipulate an economy and/or society.)

Capitalism - a failed experiment or a controlled one, you choose. Free enterprise and free market never existed or when they did/ do are squealed by Interventionism better known these days as tyranny. When we exchange "for profit" or for the "greater good" we walk dangerously close to socialism and communism equally tyrannical. So what is missing? What new, yet to be imagined currency can we freely and fairly trade with?
