If those in power "were real people" the first thing that would happen is commercials from the Scotts CEO for two days straight saying they are making tons more TP, and anyone hoarding when tons more of this stuff is on the way, is a total asshole. Where are these commercials that would solve this problem in 2 days? They don't exist. In observing ANY action of "those at the top," there isn't one human act in any of it.
