Life is a mindblowing mystery. There is an eternal dialogue between the living and the dead. Consciousness is eternal. It can bring everything back to infinity in one instant. The suffering of the ones we dearly love can be deeply reactivating and will often be part of our awakening, additionally to our own suffering. Love shines through unconditionnally for the ones who have left this realm, who have molded our lives, who have given birth to us, who have known intense suffering and unfair treatments from the generational abuse that is passed on. Grief is a special kind of love that struggles to express.
