I'm pretty sad about this. But his work will live on I hope.

So many AA artists have been dying a bit early.

This will sound stupid.
But although I was not brought up knowing Prince and loving his awesome music, my maiden name is Prince.

And in March I lost my lawyer whom I had a huge crush on because I set him up with the color purple... Left him a violet inside a copy of FUTURE magazine issue #1 (near mint lol) then wore a purple shirt to my next visit there.

He said "now I'm gonna be happy every time I see purple".

Now because Prince is dead and gone I don't know whether to cry more or just cry as normal.
