Is Indifference the Herald of Violence?

Dear friends,
It seems that the young people are angry, anxious to do battle and make space in the world for themselves.
What brings circumstances to such a head in our cities? In America it is shootings, in London a knife, in Brazil it was rocks...
Rather ironic, no? Culturally we seem to be reaching into the very most primitive aspects of ourselves.
Usas huge sin was using the gun to commit organized genocide against the natives here.
London was once terrorized by a killer of harlots who used a knife.
And Brazil, I am not familiar with their unrest but assume they want the foreign interests gone, even if it ruins the Olympics. A foreigners game.
...
But how does indifference tie in?
A lack of indifference is a sign of engagement. If you start early enough the engagement can be very positive.
If you wait until indifference sets in, engagement tends to be one sided and very violent.
Indifference is an indirect form of violence harking back to traditions of execution by exposure to the elements.
If we can blame God or someone else for starting the cycle it gets much uglier. Ie depopulating non christians so whites can move in.
Terrible wrongs possible only if one chooses to be blinded by hate.
