Stairs and stairing
Stares and staring
People
Things
Movement
Moving
Pushing, pulling
Pushmepullyu
Upstairs downstairs
More stares
Tired.
They're getting longer.
Growing now, taller
Narrow and strait
Wicked, winding
Staircases, stare cases
Moving.
Pulling in
Backing out
Parking. Regretting.
Unloading and exploding.
Shit.
Shit everywhere.
God.
Recording studio
Recording the futility of material
What am i doing
Forget me, where did all this shit come from
Dumb from
Freedumb....
The Thousand yard stairs.
Stomache ache, one continual
Cramp and bruise.
Cuticle cracking.
Cubicle wracking.
A Matrix of crap all over.
No rest for the eye.
Would Moses part this sea
Or call fire from the mountain
To wipe it away
A Sodom and Gomorrah of possessions.
A pillar of salty remorse.
A hundred times
Climbing the Thousand yard stairs
Who am i
Where am i going
Are we there yet
And why
Moving through wasted time
Time stretched thin and meaningless
By endless fricking godforsaken piles of shit lol
What
The
Hell.
I can't see the floor.

Dear friends,
You won't believe this. Or maybe you will..
So I was too shy to bother John and Angie again, or maybe, too cheap, to ask my neighbors to help move the big chair and a couple medium book shelves, today...
I did talk to A and told her that one of our neighbors has been strategically closing the fucking door to our building while I'm making trips up and down the stairs.
Today i noticed that a certain very heavy and unfriendly former air force neighbor seemed annoyed that i had parked in the only non handicapped parking space close to the back door.
Within five minutes or her 400lb ass staggering inside, the door was magically closed. I told Angie who did it and that I'd blamed nancee yesterday maybe by mistake.
Nancee is actually legitimately disabled. She has a bad hip and is nuts. I already feel bad for assuming she was the source of all evil here. Lol
But tonight, ok, i was carrying this massively bulky leather armchair down ... the bitch closed the door right before I got down. I said "Ok" loudly and propped it with a building chair that was near.
This total c**t then yells out her bedroom window that i need to stop (sorry no, the landlord wants keys tomorrow ) and when i told her im moving out and to get fucked, she says Ok im calling the police lol.
I told her she was just mad about walking her lard across the yard and drove my carload to my other place.
Am i correct that these people are aggroed mostly because they are incapable of moving 3,000 lbs of shit in one week from upstairs to upstairs, and I'm willing to do the work i need in order to survive when the shit hits??
Or am i just another inconsiderate baby boomer

Naga;
Moving is one of those endeavors completely unhinged from anything resembling normal.
Take the number of days needed to move. Add three days for all the things you won't remember until you
think you'll be done tomorrow. Then put a full week on either side of that, and just write it off.
Let it Go, man!!
Everyone, however remotely in your circle is gonna catch crazy. People who were already crazy, at both ends of the move, will pick up the scent, and come runnin'. And if you keep score, it'll make time go even slower.
In the end, there is only one cure. About 30 days of hindsight.

Good luck!

Thank you. Good perspective @@.
I had a lucky break and my husband showed up to help, but we were so stressed out. He spent his weekend off helping with my disaster.
He did get to see our boy.
Here's some sad news, it looks like my son will be moving out of town this month. I'm going to end up moving out of here right after moving in.
Tiredness, forward march lol

Aha! A fellow book junkie! Although I admit, I'm small time in comparison. Also, I took about a 7-year hiatus to buy movies. Sanity prevailed, and I quit @ about 450. Back to books again.
Here's a question, what would buddha and solomon say about my book hoarding?
If we're still talking about moving, small boxes, and lots of little kids.
But...
No pizza 'till afterwards, or you get greasy books.
Oh, looking at your "sig", here's my favorite Einstein quote:
"Then again, relativity may only be a local phenomena." - A. Einstein

Hug and chuckle at greasy books.
You want to know something bad about me?
I was reading Christine's threads about the Mandato, super interesting awesome story.
But when i saw the guru had taught against hermes it pissed me off.
Very loudly out my window by accident i said "what would Mexicans know about Greece anyway " then realized what a horrible slur that sounded like.
Lol trickster god
