Worry is a kind of fear. And fear is caused by third density limitations. An action out of fear is an action of unhealed divisions. Jesus Christ talked about not worrying and that's very difficult to do in third density. So Jesus was pointing to fourth density reality. Moving from third to fourth density includes moving from worry to healed action that unifies the divisions into a larger whole. Here is an excellent example from the Bible about whole vs divided living:
"If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." -- Matthew 5:46-48
Perfect action is action that unifies the third density divisions. So Jesus was describing fourth (and higher) density action since it's almost always impossible to act perfectly in third density. And the same with loving only a selected few loved ones which is third density relationships. Fourth density action includes everybody including yourself. And here Jesus talks about moving out from the third density limitations:
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" -- Matthew 6:25
So a powerful practice is to REJECT worrisome thoughts and feelings. That's impossible to do any larger degree in third density. Rejecting worry opens us up to be transformed into fourth density. Reject worrisome and fearful thoughts and wait instead for four density thoughts and feeling which feel good and with a foundation of inner peace and stability.

I think the word service is for businesses and for the need for people in third density to be saviors or slaves. 
But Lily Kolosova who has done an excellent work of exposing the alternative community hypocrisy said something about service that makes very much sense when going from third to fourth density (she maybe hasn't used the term density but it fits the idea in this thread).

And I discovered how this matches moving from third to fourth density, because when we ourselves move more into fourth density the unified field being built up, such as earth consciousness, makes it easier for others to do the same, and those others in turn catalyze our own progress. Blessed are those who are lazy as hell, for theirs is fourth density. That statement is not a troll comment because the idea behind it can be explained. Imagine having to do a thousand calculations. Doing all those calculations manually is very tedious and boring. A smartphone can do all thousand calculations in less than a second.
Then, in that example, someone tells you: "You lazy ass punk! Why don't you do the calculations yourself manually as GAWD Himself DEMANDS us to do? Be a glorious example to the rest of the world by doing the laborsome labor yourself instead of letting some new ungodly gadget like a smartphone do the calculations for you."
That's absurd. Why would you spend a whole week, day and night, doing the calculations manually on paper, when touching a button on your smartphone can do all the calculations for you? The same principle applies to fourth density. Why would you clean your bathroom manually when earth consciousness can do it automatially for you in the flash of an eye? So be lazy therefore, and let the universal AI do the tedious tasks for you (unless it's something you enjoy to do such as learning from).

Courage can be useful in third density for overcoming fear. And one peculiar fear is the fear of feeling more. That kind of fear is caused by the tendency of the feelings turning into more suffering in third density.
In fourth density, higher and deeper levels of feelings are possible since there is unity and wholeness in that state of consciousness. So a useful practice is to be kind of brave and increase feeling the mind and body. This allows fourth density consciousness to flow into you, and that's recognized as pleasant, wholesome and good feelings.

I have good news and bad news. Consider what Jesus Christ said here:

The bad news is that it seems like the third density ego has to dissolve. The good news is that the higher self that we enter into in fourth density still has the information from our old egos albeit with an entirely new personal perspective. This includes our relations to everything.
So we need to deny ALL our thinking! And wait for our higher self to replace the ego. We cannot move into fourth density with ego willpower. However, what we can do is to deny ourselves and mindfully observe changes taking place in us. That will make the transformation into fourth density faster.
Actually, Dalai Lama said the same thing basically, that we first need to detach from all our relationships, and then connect to everybody in another way. So the ego then becomes totally replaced by a new higher self although our ego memories and knowledge will still remain and just be experienced totally different.
And in A Course in Miracles (ACIM) the ego is relentlessly bashed to pieces throughout hundreds of pages. And even from a rational perspective without references to other sources we can recognize that the ego is built on fear. Everything about the ego in third density is contaminated by fear. Thus the whole ego has to dissolve.

Some people may find the "higher self" a bit too new agie concept. But it's useful to describe the fourth (and higher) density self. And interestingly, when we have a fourth density self, we still have another higher self in fifth density and so on.
In third density fear is necessary as a protection and as a motivator. In fourth density however the serious kind of fear has been overcome. And in third density we are a separate ego which needs fear in order to function properly. So we can see how difficult it is to get rid of fear in third density. In fact, it is generally impossible to get rid of fear in third density.
When moving from third to fourth density then getting rid of fear is not only possible but necessary. So for ascension, observing fear and rejecting it is a powerful method for transformation. With traditional mindfulness practice the fear is merely observed and the fear continues to run our lives. So for ascension, transformation from third to fourth density, a procreative mindfulness practice is needed where the fear is not only observed but also consciously rejected as a motivator for actions and planning.
And notice this includes ALL kinds of fears, even fear arising as a result of an immediate danger such as some person or wild animal attacking you. So it's not the cop out kind of fear removal many spiritual teachers talk about when they claim that fear caused by immediate danger should be accepted. For ascension, even those kinds of fears must be rejected. And perhaps most shocking of all is that even the fear of death must be rejected, because in fourth density we have an eternal avatar body, not a deteriorating and vulnerable body as in third density.

Okay, now that fear has been explained with the video in my previous post hitting the ball to the end of the universe I guess that will do for now. And third density is fear-based. Then what about fourth density? Is there fear still in fourth density? Not the serious and deluded kind of fear as in third density, but fear as in entertainment and for thrills is a part of fourth density.
Fourth and higher densities are love-based. What is love? Love is here defined as:
Definition: Love is wholeness in harmony.
And wholeness and harmony are the standard dictionary definitions:
noun: wholeness
1. the state of forming a complete and harmonious whole; unity.
2. the state of being unbroken or undamaged.
noun: harmony
- the quality of forming a pleasing and consistent whole.
- the state of being in agreement or concord.
Moving from third density to fourth density is about replacing fear with love. And it's love as defined above. Not the fear-based kind of love in third density. For example if you love someone while that other person doesn't love you, then that's a lack of wholeness and thus not the kind of love as defined here.
A practice for moving into fourth density is to have the aim at developing an eternal and indestructible avatar body. If you have an aim less than that then that's third density and you are heading straight to your grave.
