The Magic of Sunlight | Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Prelude: This piece was started at least two months ago — quite honestly I don’t keep track of time very well any longer. There are moments from the past colliding with the possibilities of the future, two forces that collude to keep my focus in the ever present now. The relentless fast and vast swirling tangled web of lies leaves one sitting at the back of the theater at a distance wondering how it ever got so crazy—there must be another word, for crazy doesn’t even come close to describing the multi-ringed circus of horrors. Yet with the next breath comes the realization that we are all part of this unraveling of reality—perspective and introspection a necessary coupling to make any sense of such an epic breakdown of reality.
I started writing while rejoicing in my morning sun bathing, every thing seemed to come into a single focus—how light emanates with the totality of our expression while still walking in the realm of duality. This coupled with a deep interest in health and the truth of biology had my heart singing and my inner comprehension turned on.
Within a few days of beginning to write this muse, it started raining here in the highlands of Central Mexico. The parched dry land sprang to life in a vibrant display of greenery. And it hasn’t stopped raining for a month and a half now, not to mention the usual sunny midday skies have remained clouded over from dawn to dusk. This turn of the weather is met with gratitude, for the last few years were hot with sparse scattered rains—not enough for a thirsty landscape, fields planted with corn barely produced a crop and the roaming herds of sheep, goats, donkeys and horses were hard pressed to find water in the usual water holes. So while I rejoiced in light as the source of life, this season has poured my soul into the mystery of water, the language of rain drops on the window panes and the lulling to sleep as rain patters on the roof outside.
I will now finish what I started several months ago, not knowing where my fingers on the keyboard will lead me.

For many months as I wake to sit crosslegged on my bedroom balcony just as the sun comes over the mountains to the East, the above prayer comes into my consciousness without fail. What occurs is a great quieting of my being, a stillness settles me into a wordless contemplation, the senses open to the song of birds and the cool morning breeze that caresses my bare skin. Realizations come in a gentle rhythm, the mind observes them with a gentle smile. Even the tasks of the coming busy day float in and out without disturbing these moments. I know that all comes in perfect time, non-time really for there is no need to hurry or worry.
For many years I have rebelled against making assumptions—I will break this rule for a moment to make a point. Thus, I assume that every living creature naturally chooses a healthy vital life, one filled with an energetic impulse of purpose, one without aches, pains, or chronic disease states. This assumption is based on observation, yet I have to meet anyone who enjoys a state of being not plagued in one way or another by the disease we can call modern life. These discomforts and lack of coherency are so common that most assume it’s always been this way therefore they stay clinging to the ship of fools as it slowly sinks beneath turbulent waters.
Doctor visits are paid for by insurance companies or government hand outs, the “rules based order” which doesn’t cover any therapy outside those approved by the FDA, CDC, NIH, or some other government body owned by the trillion-dollar pharmaceutical industry. This is accepted as normal. Most folks have learned to feel fortunate for the pills, injections, and surgeries to cut out body parts, erroneously believing that this is the pinnacle of care—nothing could be further from the truth. And the worst of it is that they identify with their multiple diagnosis, they sit around dinner tables sipping cocktails comparing their diseases and surgeries believing that they belong to some elite class.
I hold that some, if not many of them also realize that something isn’t right—they sit muted and afraid to question the status quo. The fear of leaving the herd is just too far of a stretch to contemplate long enough to realize that they’ve sold their soul for the false coin of the realm.
The above isn’t the real reason for this piece of writing, for the other side of the coin is abundant information that can lead to an amazing return to natural health. Yes, this information may have the tint of bio-hacking along with a cacophony of voices that have found the cure for all that ails the human—these gurus, many of them I actually appreciate, also sell products with promises that they can’t keep. It’s become one of the biggest growing industries on the internet.
Let me take a deep sigh before I continue onward with this theme. Meanwhile to the reader enjoy some photos.

I will try to tie together a few of the most important realizations about sunlight and water so as not to belabor this outside the time most have to actually read a long post.
What some call new biology is actually an ancient comprehension passed down through the ages from sages, alchemists, and the spiritually mature. True science is and always has been simple. We, and I mean all biological life forms are primarily water and it is light that animates our structure. Sadly when the body of any organism becomes overly toxic, be it substance or psyche, it will experience a disease (you know, dis-ease—out of balance, unable to maintain equilibrium) and begin a process to heal itself, that which the medical mafia denominate as symptomology is slyly crafted into the name of a disease or diagnosis. Fair warning, if you look closely at the many websites and papers on these diseases, common reoccurring phrases are: “we aren’t sure but…” and “we think this may be the cause…” This phraseology spills over into the literature on drugs and their actions too.
These diseases are harnessed to “bad” organisms that attack the body. These organisms range from the never isolated virus to parasites, bacteria, molds, and such. Oh good souls, don’t fall for lies that take you on a war path against life.
Is it any wonder that our world is plagued by war? We are set at war with and within ourselves not realizing that everything, and I mean everything, is in symbiosis with these organisms that work to keep the body free of disease.
Enough time spent in nature will inevitably lead one back to balance. Bare feet or body on the ground, time spent gazing at the luminaries overhead, observing the flight of birds, watching the whimsical path of butterflies, embracing a tree, lighting a campfire, hearing the waves of the sea as they come ashore… These are the melodies of life. Give to yourself these gifts, let the sun penetrate the skin every morning and evening, cloud gaze often and become that wonderful innocence of the child that wakes from within. Breathe deeply, slowing down for even ten minutes a few times a day will do wonders.
Stop being afraid of LIFE, of the Sun, of getting wet and muddy. Let yourself go as you let go of repetitive thoughts that are nothing more than whispers of past hauntings. Laugh a lot, spread joy like golden glitter along your path. Then be truthful, ruthlessly so if necessary, especially with yourself. When you feel like crying let the tears fall; along the road you will find that joy and grief are a potent mixture—water shed moments where the totality of ALL is felt—fleeting and yet undeniable that we as human beings are the greatest and the worst, and only you can tell what’s true in you.

You see, my friends, there is no single answer for any individual whether dealing with health issues or emotional ones and ultimately it is up to each of us to find our own path through the haze of lies and the maze of life. Information is great, I love researching; however, it really comes down to the resonance of our being, allowing the light of Source Creator to fully illuminate the Creation that is our body and all manifest life forms. Sounds like a big order and it does take work, The Work; however, it is the simplest concept that holds the greatest potential.
As each human being comes on line with magic and walks the mystical Way more are sure to follow.
Love, unbound, fierce and free.
